Jessie is considered opinionated and abusive to her team mates from Team Rocket, she grew up in a poor foster family, where her mother was more focused on Team Rocket Missions then anything else. She has red hair which defines gravity with long straight out with a small curl to it.

James however grew up in a extremely rich family, where his only friend was Growlie, his Growlithe. He ran away from his family when they set him up in an aranged marriage with a girl he didn't like. He has straight purple hair, shoulder ish length and is a bit taller then Jessie.

Meowth is the last member of Team Rocket, he's a English speaking Pokemon, and plots most of the wacky ideas to capture Ash's Pikachu and among other Pokemon.
