The setting is a group of Pikachu, living in a Forest close to Pallet town, they're a major problem due to the wildfires their electricity started, two of the Pokemon, Sparky and Lectri will be transported to different areas of Hohen.
The only difference between Sparky and Lectri besides their gender (Sparky is a male and Lectri is a Female) is that Sparky has little tuffs of hair and Lectri has green eyes while Sparky has blue.
The setting starts as their being captured and taken out of the small unnamed foreset, by the Pokemon Rangers.
