Xiomara POV:

* Fast Forward 6:00am*

We woke up an hour a ago toke our separate showers, dressed because we would be leaving soon, ate breakfast in the cafeteria and then sat on the couch next to the bed to watch " Stomp the Yard"

It was 7:00 am when we were done

I had my head against his shoulder and he had his arm around my waist

We were half way through the movie when I heard two people arguing

I listened for a minute to see if i knew who the people were

"You can't go in there"

"Yes I can and I will"

I heard the voices say

"Oh shit"

"Babe what's up"

"You remember Ezperanza right?"

"Of course your manager"

"Well I guess she's outside the room yelling at someone. Listen"

"I work for her"

"and I work for this hospital"

"Oh shit, I forgot to tell her you were in the hospital"

"You did what"

"Oh no no no, She's probably gonna kill that poor girl"

The voices were getting closer I said "Carlos let me handle this"

Just as the door was slammed open "Xiomara why didn't you tell me you where in the hospital?" Ezperanza asked

"Miss you can't be....."

"It's quite alright, she works for me thank you for your concern"

"No problem Senora Oliveras do you need anything?"

"No thank you I'm fine"

The nurse closed the door behind her as she walked out

"Well "

"I had an anxiety attack what you want me to do?"

"Pick up a phone and call me"

"I forgot OK"

"Alright, I was worried sick"

"I'm sorry"

"Don't worry about it"

"So what is this" Ezperanza said gesturing towards Carlos and I

"We're engaged"

"Really since when I always knew you too would end up together. You guys sure don't waist time do you? You could of at least went out for a while first. But when you know you know right?"

I raised my hand up as a signal for her to stop or she would just continue

"It's an arranged marriage"

"No way, I didn't even know they did those anymore"

"Neither did I"

"Xiomara don't make this a bad thing" Carlos said

"Me make this a bad thing I was the one forced into this marriage"

"Are you saying that you don't want to marry me?"

"No, well not this young anyway"

"I doesn't matter how old we are"

"What the fuck do you mean It doesn't matter how old we are. I'm supposed to be hanging out at the mall all day with my friends. Not here arguing about getting married"

"I didn't force you to come here remember?"

"UHH! I can't stand you"

I then sighed and said " But if I had to get married this young I'm glad It's you" I said while turning away

He cupped my face in his hands and turned my face around so that I was looking into his eyes

"I'm absolutely ecstatic that It's you" he said smiling down at me

"I love you" Carlos said and kissed me before I had a chance to answer

"Ok you too break it up" Ezperanza said smiling

"What you doing later?"

"Girls day with Maria and Elena you can come too if you want"

"Good cause you owe me for making me worry"

*8:00am*

She walked over to hug me then said "Your gonna have alot of explaining to do later"

I just rolled my eyes and as if on cue Maria, David, John, and Elena and Carlo s's dad ( Luciano) walked in

"Hi" I said to everyone

"Hi" they all responded simultaneously

They came and hugged me and said good morning

"I talked to your Doctor and he said that you can leave when you like" Maria said

"Alright we'll leave soon just got to put some makeup on"

"You don't need any" They all said simultaneously as they rolled their eyes

"Ok then"

"Is everything packed and ready?" David asked

"Yeah"

"But I want coffee before we leave"

"Coverd" John said as he handed me a Vanilla chive from Dunkin' Donuts

"Thank you" I said smiling

"You're welcome" he responded smiling

"There's paparazzi outside" Maria said

"You want to go through the back entrance James can come around"

"No that's fine I would have to face them eventually why not now?"

"How did I know" Ezperanza said smiling

"Cause you've been my manager for too long" I said with a evil smirk

"Maybe I should change that"

"Your not serious right?"

"Of course not, I just love messing with you"

Ezperanza just rolled her eyes

I finished my coffee then Maria asked "Ready to go?"

"Yeah"

Elena picked my bag up and David picked up Carlo s's

"I can carry it you don't have to carry it" I said

"It's ok I want to" they said simultaneously"

"Thanks" me and Carlos said simultaneously

"Welcome" they said simultaneously

Everyone was on their way out the door when I turned to Carlos and said

"You better stay by my side" I said to in all seriousness

"Baby you couldn't keep me away if you tried" He said before he put his arm around my waist and pulled me towards him and kissed me firmly on the lips

I guess everyone noticed that we stopped walking

"Awwwwwwww" Maria said

"Mom you got to quit doing that"

"Get used to it hijo" (son)

"I guess I'm gonna have to"

I saw Doctor. Lopez in the hall then walked up to him shook his hand then said
"Thank you for everything Doctor"

" It was my pleasure, I hope that I won't see you around here any time soon"

"So do I" I said as I laughed

"I walked up to the Nurses and other Doctors and shook their hands smiling and saying "Thank you" to all of them

Their responses were "Your more than welcomed"

Everyone was waiting for me by the main desk

"I didn't expect that" Elena said

*Carlos POV*:

"That"s our Xiomara for you" I said simply while smiling

My mom walked up to me and whispered " You really do lover her son don't you"

"Si Mami" ( yes mom)

"We'll just give her some time she'll come around"

"I'll protect her with my life she means everything to me"

"Make her happy"
