Carlos POV:

I heard a sudden bang and I felt the floor vibrate under me

"What the hell !!" I shouted

"What was that" Elena asked

"Are you OK Carlos" the bodyguards asked simultaneously

"I'm fine" I responded

"Xiomara" I shouted

No answer

"Xiomara are you..."

"OMG"

"Whats wrong Carlos" Elena said

"OMG Xiomara" She yelled

"Xiomara" David and John said simultaneously

"Xiomara" I said shaking her "Xiomara"

"Dame It answer me" I said on the verge of tears

"Carlos calm down" Elena said

"John call my parents, put them on speaker"

"David call Loiza Hospital and have them send an ambulance and have them meet us outside the Airport"

"Elena I want you, Carlos, and David to follow us to the hospital take the limo"

"I'm going in the ambulance with Xiomara."

"Your parents are on speaker" John said

"Mom, Dad?" I asked

"Yes they both said" with a worried tone

"Xiomara has just blacked out I don't wrong with her" I said trying not to cry

"I'm having an ambulance wait outside the Airport and Elena,Carlos and David are gonna meet us at the hospital"I said

"OMG what happened to her" Maria said crying

"I don't know" I said with guilt

"She said she was going to the bathroom, I heard a bang."

"I look around and see that she's on the floor" I said crying

"We'll meet you at the hospital" His father said and with that hung up

"Zack" (Pilot) I yelled

"How much longer" I asked

"5minutes" He responded

"Call ground control and have them send airport security to meet us"

"Xiomara is unconscious" i said

"Will do" He said

"Ambulance is waiting" John said

"Security is waiting" David said

"Elena, John, David collect our bags please and put them in limo and then meet us at the Hospital." I said

"Sure thing" They said

I picked Xiomara up bridal style and walked inside the airport with airport security

"Paparazzi are gonna be around stay close and alert" I said to them

"Yes Sir" They responded

"Carlos, Carlos" The paparazzi kept on calling him

"Why are you holding the famous Xiomara Oliveras?" paparazzi asked

"No comment" I said

By that time we were outside the airport near the ambulance

"Senor Santiago" the EMT said

"Yes"

"Is she.." he was about to say

"Yes she's Xiomara Oliveras " I said

"I don't know what happened to her I just turned around and she was on the floor" I said

"Lets get her to hospital" the EMT said

I placed her on the gurney they strapped her in and lifted her into the ambulance. I climbed in next to her, at that time Elena, John and David came out.

"I'll meet you there" I said and with that the EMT closed the door and we were off
