The Characters are in their fifth year. There is no war, order, Voldemort etc. Rhia, Will, and Leigh are all Slytherin Pure-Bloods. Leigh and Draco know of each other, but have never spoken due to their oh so separate groups of friends. Leigh is not so vicious and more minds her own business. Oh, and consider Pansy not in this story.
