Christmas Wishes
Chapter ONE.
Have you actually wished for something you really want?
And you get it for Christmas of your parents or a friend?
Yes?
I wish it was like that for me.
You see, I wish for something special for Christmas
Every year, and you know what?
That wish has never come true.
It still hasn’t come true to this very day.
It’s always the same thing I asked for every year
And neither my parents nor my friends know that I want it.
It’s a secret I keep to myself.
But.
This year is expected to change…big time…

“Danielle, what do you want for Christmas?” Miss Hughes asked.
Everybody’s eyes fixed on Danni,
Who was sat in the corner of the classroom on her own.
Drawing and humming her favourite tune quietly.
She looked up to her form tutor and shrugged.
“There must be one thing you want for Christmas, Danielle?”
“There isn’t anything I want for Christmas, Miss.
I ask for the same thing every year and I never get it.” Danni spoke,
A number of boys in the class started laughing as Danni turned away,
To continue drawing the one thing she asked for Christmas every year.
A group of girls in the class were wondering why Danni had been so quiet
For weeks, so they decided to gang up and investigate what was up with her.
At break-time, Danni was sat on the bench on her own,
Listening to McFLY on her iPod and humming along to the tune.
"Hey Danni, you okay?" Sarah asked, she was one of Danni's friends
& sat down beside her as Danni took off her headphones.
"Yer, i'm okay." Danni replied as she sighed, looking at the song name
on her iPod. Sarah looks over at her iPod and looks at the screen.
Bubble Wrap - McFLY It showed up clearly.
"My god,. Danni. You love your McFLY just a bit too much!" Sarah laughed
"So, whats up? The girls and I have been wondering
what has been happening, we are all quiet concerned to be honest." She added.
"To be honest, I don't want to mention it.
But all i can say is I make a wish every year.
And does that wish come true? No.
It does for everybody else, but not me!" Danni put her headphones back on
And walked off, with a few tears rolling down her eye.
Not realising where she is walking, she trips up on a loose conrete slab and falls flat onto the ground and unable to get up until somebody came to the rescue.....
