Frank stretches his arms out the next morning and comes to realize Molly is asleep next to him. He rolls onto his side and looks at the bedside clock to see it isn’t morning at all but one in the afternoon; then again they stayed at the hall till at least four AM if not later. He got up out of bed and adjusted his boxers on his hips before heading into the kitchen to make himself some coffee, he wasn’t up for an excursion to Starbucks just yet. As the coffee maker started up he went into the washroom to take a shower, hot sunny day in a suit doesn’t exactly keep him smelling at his best.

After a quick shower he grabs a new pair of boxers out of the laundry basket in the washroom, he’d done all his laundry the day Molly came and had yet to put it away. He stepped out of the washroom to find Molly pouring herself a mug of coffee.
“Good morning.” She says happily as she puts down her coffee mug and slings her arms around Frank’s neck. The kiss passionately for a bit before breaking to drink their coffees.

They go to sit in the living room and just as they get comfortable the phone rings. Frank groans as he goes to pick it up.
“Hello?”
“Hi, Frank,” Someone starts, “Its Jonas.”
“Uhh hi.” Frank says awkwardly.
“I don’t really remember what happened when I was drunk last night but I think I was an asshole to you and your girlfriend.”
“Yeah, just a bit.” Frank chortles.
“Listen man, I’m sorry and umm do you know how I got home?”
“Tyler drove you.”
“Okay, uhh thanks, I’m sorry.” He stutters, “I didn’t beat you up or anything did I?”
“No, just said stuff you’d probably regret.”
“Okay, sorry again.”
“No problem man.” Frank hangs up the phone and sits down again.

“That was Jonas, saying he’s sorry about everything.”
“Oh.” Molly nods, “So didn’t you say to your cousins you’d go get your dogs today.”
“Oh yeah.” Frank says rubbing his forehead, “Wanna come with me?”
“Yeah sure.” Molly says yawning. She puts down her coffee and leans over on Frank and starts kissing his lips. He holds her hips as they get comfortable, they start making out on the couch, since they’d met they hadn’t really gotten the chance to do anything so this was a real catch up. They stop when a loud flashy commercial starts up on the TV and startles them.
“We should get going.” Frank suggests seeing as the moment had been ruined. Molly nods and gets off of her boyfriend.

She goes off to the bedroom to get dressed, it takes her about thirty seconds.
“How do you get changed so fast?” Frank asks laughing.
“I’m not that fast.” She says blushing, “I just don’t dally.”

They get to Frank’s cousin’s house in about fifteen minutes. They get out of the car and ring the door bell. Barking is heard from the inside then finally Melanie answers the door in her pajamas with her hair all messy. Her eyes bulge at the sight of them.
“I didn’t know you guys were coming!” she says running off to her room.
“You caught her without her makeup.” A man says laughing.
“Molly, this is my uncle Tom, Uncle, this is my girlfriend Molly.”
“Nice to meet you.” they say simultaneously.

Nancy comes into the main room with a large plastic bag, unlike her sister she’s dressed.
“Here’s the dogs’ stuff.”
“Thanks.” Frank says taking the bag from her. Suddenly Molly’s cell phone starts ringing.
“I’ll only be a sec.” she says going into the nearest room. She flips open the phone and puts it to her ear, “Hello?”
“Hey Mol, its Tray.”
“Hey what’s up?”
“Okay, remember that tour we signed up for, The Vampire Tour?”
“Yeah, we got rejected.”
“Yeah, anyway like four of their bands dropped out and they asked us to join the tour.”
“Umm.”
“It’s either that or we open for Fallout Boy.”
“Oh god no, let’s do The Vampire Tour.” She says confidently, “What do you and Jess think?”
“Well Jess and I are both neutral about the situation.”
“So we’re doing The Vampire Tour?”
“Yeah, it starts in two weeks, on the eighth.” Tray states, “When are you coming back?”
“The thirtieth, so yeah no rush.” Molly says, she turns to look at the room around her and realizes it must be Nancy’s, “Holy shit Tray.”
“What?”
“I’m in Frank’s cousin’s room and there’s like three posters of us.” Molly says looking around, “I’m creeping me out.” Tray laughs hard, “Alright see you on the thirtieth.”
“Bye.”

Molly clicks closed her phone and leaves the room to find Frank putting two medium sized dogs on leashes.
“So which one is which?” she asks looking over the two dogs.
“The dark brown one is Mongrel and the spotted one is Tracker.”
“Awesome, are they friendly or will they bite my head off.” Frank and his uncle both laugh.
“Those dogs wouldn’t hurt someone if they beat em with a baseball bat.” Tom chuckles.
“Well, later Uncle Tom.” Frank says as Molly takes hold of Mongrel’s leash.

“So what do you wanna do today?” Frank asks on the drive back.
“Umm I don’t know, what’s there to do in Jersey?”
“Stuff.”
“Mind if we have a nothing day?” Molly asks.
“What’s a nothing day?”
“You know, the type of day where you do nothing, watch movies, order chinese or something.”
“Oh god yes.” Frank gasps, Molly laughs, “Sorry, its just been go, go, go for me all week.”

They get back to the apartment and set the dogs loose, Molly found it funny how both dogs charged for the same seat and ended up sharing it, not moving from their respected spots. Frank notices the red light on the answering machine blinking, he presses it.
“Hey Frank, its Gerard, I’m bored, wanna do something today? Alright call me back if you want.”
“Maybe Gerard wants to have a nothing day with us.” Molly says absent mindedly as she scratches Tracker’s head. Frank picks up the phone and dials Gerard’s number.

“Hello?” Gerard’s voice rings clear.
“Its Frank.”
“Sorry about the message, I completely forgot you had umm Meg-sorry-Molly over.”
“Nah, s’okay, we were think about watching movies all day if you wanna join us.”
“You don’t mind?” Gerard asks just to be sure.
“Come over you spas.” Frank laughs as he hangs up the phone. He turns to Molly, “He’ll be here in about ten minutes. So what do you want to watch.”

Molly walks over to the massive DVD library, most of them horror movies.
“Let’s watch some old school horror.” She suggests, “Super cheesy stuff.”
“Umm, what about Young Frankenstein.”
“Yeah.”
“It’s black and white though.”
“So?” she asks as she locates it on the shelf, “Are you much for junkfood?” Frank laughs.
“Come with me.”

He leads her to the kitchen and opens one of the pantry doors to show it’s full of chips, microwave popcorn and candy.
“And how long does this last you?” Molly asks with big eyes.
“Touring time excluded, about a month.” He laughs, “I don’t really like grocery shopping, people look at me funny.”
“I know the feeling.” Molly chuckles, “I once did my groceries with heavy eyeliner and bondage pants, the number of stares were astronomical.” She grabs a container of gummy worms and pops it open. She shoves two or three in her mouth and chews them up before turning to her boyfriend, “Kiss me Frank, ain’t I pretty.” Showing off the mashed candy in her mouth. Just to surprise her, he kisses her and sucks the candy out of her mouth.
“Tasty.”
“Hey!” she laughs. He sticks out his tongue.

BUZZ!
Frank says as he goes to the intercom, “Who is it?”
“Gerard.”
“Gerard who?”
“You fucker.”
“Is that German?”
“Gerard Way, now let me in.”
“My mommy says I shouldn’t let strangers into my house.” Molly holds back her laughter.
“You live in an apartment and your mommy’s not there.”
“Well I don’t know, you could wanna hurt me.”
“I’ll hurt you if you don’t let me in!” Gerard exclaims.
“Now that’s just bad manners.” Frank teases, “Okay, I’ll let you up.” He presses the button to unlock the door and Molly bursts out in a contagious fit of laughter.

Gerard enters the apartment and scowls at Frank but stops within seconds.
“Ohh gummy worms!” he snatches the container off the counter and shoves a few in his mouth, “So what are we going to watch?”
“Young Frankenstein.” Molly informs as she grabs a bag of chips, they all go to sit in front of the television. Frank puts on the movie and they watch in awe as they stuff their faces.

“I’m thirsty.” Molly says twenty minutes into the movie.
“Me too.” Frank sighs as he turns to look at Gerard.
“Maybe one of you should get some drinks from the fridge.
“So . . . . far . . . .away.” Molly gasps. The like a stroke of luck Gerard’s phone rings.
“Hello . . . . hey Mikey, what’s up? . . . . nothing really, I’m at Frank’s . . . . . we’re watching Young Frankenstein . . . . .uhhh.” Gerard turns to Frank, “Can Mikey and Ray come over?”
“Whatever.” Frank shrugs.
“Oh! Tell them to bring something to drink.”
“Yeah, Frankie says its no problem, just bring some soda or something.” Gerard pauses, “He probably does but we’re all too lazy to get off the couch and go to the fridge, okay, see ya.”

“Where are they?” Frank asks as he reaches for a handful of chips from the bag on Molly’s lap.
“My place.” Gerard says absent-mindedly.
“I just realized something, someone’s going to have to unlock the door.” the three musicians turn to look at the door and the intercom right next to it. They all remain silent until Gerard carefully shifts in his seat pulling his box of cigarettes out of his pocket.
“Can’t smoke those in here.” Frank says more transfixed with the movie, “Sets the smoke alarm off and apparently second hand smoke affects dogs too.”
“And me.” Molly states. Gerard groans and gets up from his place on the couch.
“Balcony okay?” he asks, Frank nods.

BUZZ!

“Since you’re up, can you unlock the door?” Frank says as he shoves some more chips in his mouth.
“Yeah, yeah.” Gerard grumbles as he presses the unlock button on the intercom then clicks the lock. He heads out to the balcony and lights up his cigarette.

Ray and Mikey let themselves into the apartment to find Frank and Molly sitting on the couch, surrounded by junk food.
“Oh you must be Molly.” Ray says as he walks towards them.
“Yup, and you’re Ray,” she cranes her neck to see Mikey, “And Mikey.”
“Yeah.” Mikey says passing the six pack of cola to Frank, “Nice to meet you. You’ve got talent.”
“Thanks, so do you.” she says blushing.

By the time Gerard returns from his cigarette his band mates and Molly are sprawled out across both couches.
“Alright someone move over so I can sit.”
“Meh.” Ray sighs, not moving a muscle. Gerard charges over to the sofa where Ray and Mikey are sitting and Charlie-horses them.
“ARGH!” the both scream, Frank and Molly burst out laughing and start throwing gummy worms. They finally settle down and go back to watching the movie.

“What about Bob?” Molly asks randomly, later in the movie.
“What about him?” Gerard asks.
“I mean you guys are all here, won’t he feel left out.”
“Well considering he’s in Chicago.” Mikey laughs.

The horror movie buffs stay up till the wee hours in the morning watching movie after movie, stuffing their faces with as much junk as their bodies will allow until they eventually fell asleep scattered across Frank’s living room.
