Six Feet Under The Stars

Bracken Westbrook’s family is plagued by a neurological disorder that threatens to wipe out her entire family. When her mother passes away Bracken and her twin brother Colby are sent away to live with their aunt by their father. Bound for Maryland Bracken promises herself to steer clear of friendships with anyone new she meets and makes a pact with her brother to keep silent about their family’s situation, but someone else has other ideas.

Authors note; I am quite closely affected by this disorder. Motor Neurone Disease is close to my heart as it unfortunately took the life of my best friend’s mother and now she too has the gene. It is a delicate subject but I am not trying to depress anyone and will try and keep this light hearted I just wanted to use the subject as a base or my story.
