I watched in surprise as the light landed on Delle. The guys shouted egging her on.
“There must be a mistake! Delle can’t sing” I saw here raise an eyebrow, wondering ig this was a challenge. “That’s not what I meant, I just mean that some of these people are really good, you’ll embarrass yourself” They were Vampires, they had lovely voices, she was human there was no way she could get to their standards. She muttered three words to me.
“Have some Faith” I watched as she got up and went onto the stage. I recognised the words that appeared on the screen.
‘Bleeding Love’ by Leona Lewis, she didn’t seem rattled but more confident, she must know the lyrics. The music started and she started to sing.
And by god she sounded a hell of a lot better than Leona Lewis.
