Our Heaven's Worth the Waiting

Chapter 14:

'Bam. Bam' I said pushing him and placing a hand on my large stomach.

'Hmm.' He groaned in his sleep.

'We have to go.'

'Go where?'

'The hospital!' I screamed as another contraction hit me.

'I'm up!' He said jumping and throwing pants on.

Once the pain subsided I got up and changed into sweats and a t-shirt.

'Alright, I got the bag, cell phones, keys, food, wallet...what else do we need?'

'Nothing.' I said making my way down the stairs and out to the Hummer.

'Alright relax.' He said as we flew towards the hospital.

'Don't tell me to fucking relax.' I said.

'Sqeeze my hand.' He said giving it to me.

Six hours of pain later I was holding our new baby in my arms.

'What are we gonna name her?' Bam asked laying in the bed next to me.

'Layla.' I said smiling.
