You Can Have Whatever You Like

Chapter 2.

I felt compelled to party with them. It wasn’t a party unless we were all there.

“Serena? Ashley wants you at our little sioree, she’s actually demanding it,” Nate said.

“Where’s Blair?” I questioned.

“She’s with some ugly football kid who didn’t make it into Yale. A reject,” Chuck spat.

“Do you have feelings for Blair, Mr. Chuck?” I asked.

“No,” he said.

“I kinda do actually,” Nate said.

“Really? Nathaniel, I thought you liked Jenny Humphrey?” I questioned my best friend.

“No, No. she’s just a…friend?” Nate said.

“It’s more like, ‘friends with benefits,’ “Chuck said.

“Hey A! I’m here!” Blair said, coming into Chuck’s apartment that he shared with Serena’s family and His own.

“Hey B!” I said. I was slightly getting a little wasted and I didn’t mind.

Chuck started touching me and kissing my neck.

“Serena!” I said, as she opened the door.

She was with Aaron of course. What a shocker.

“Hey Aaron,” I said, trying to be nice.

“Hey,” he said smoothly.

“Let’s go,” Chuck said, leading me back to his room.

“Stay a little while,” I said, patting his leg.

“Crank up the music!!” I yelled.

Aaron went into his jacket pocket and put the CD in Chuck’s stereo.

“What if they hear us?” Nate asked.

“Nathaniel. We’re 20 floors up. There’s no way they could hear us,” Chuck said.

The song ‘Mercy’ started playing through the halls of the Bass residence.

“Woo!” Serena screamed and started dancing like crazy. She pulled B and me onto a table near by and we started dancing.

Chuck threw a 5 dollar bill at me.

“Chuck, you’re a manic.”

“I know,” he smiled.

“Blair! Jesus, get down from there!” Nate said, grabbing her down from the table.

“No, have some fun Archibald!” Blair said, now completely wasted.

“We’re gonna get you home,” Nate said, taking Blair off the table.

“Ashley, it’s time for our little party to continue,” Chuck said, taking my hand and pulling me off the table.

“Stop, Chuck, no,” I said, pushing him away.

“Let’s get you home then,” Chuck said.

“No, she can’t! Her mom will flip out. She can sleep in my room with me,” Serena said.

“Alright, uh, Serena? I’m going to bounce, okay?” Aaron said.

“Yeah, sure. Go ahead,” She smiled.

“She can sleep in my room with me,” Chuck said forcefully.

“No, and have my best friend manipulated by you? I don’t think so,” Serena said, now holding me up.

“Guys, I-I’m fineee,” I said happily.

“You’re drunk Ashley,” Serena said.

“No, I’m just happy,” I giggled.

“Seriously sis. Don’t worry about Ashley, I got it,” Chuck said.

“Alright, but if you touch on hair on her head, you’re a dead bass, got it?” Serena said firmly.

Chuck took me in his arms and traveled to his bedroom.

He laid me down on his bed and looked at me.

“You’re so beautiful when you’re wasted,” he said huskily.

“What kind of compliment is that?” I asked, out of my wits.

“Would you prefer the term ‘bangable’ instead?” he asked.

“No, beautiful is fine,” I mumbled.

He laid next to me and smiled.

“What a precious little thing,” he said, caressing my face, “you’re worth a lot of money Buckingham.”

“Chuck, if you want to be with me, you have to play nice.”

“Define playing nice?” he questioned, intrigued.
