Then he turned and left as a mother and her son entered the arcade and made their way to the front desk.

"Ace- are you okay," I asked, trying to pull him from the floor.

"I'm... fine," he said, trying to get up from his spot on the floor before launching himself forward, releasing his lunch to the floor. "Shit," he mumbled, stumbling to stand up before I grabbed his arm.

"Let's go," I said. "Before we get kicked out for good."

We walked out the door and down the street to the nearest park bench, where we sat him down. "Ace- your nose is bleeding."

"I know," he said, looking up as he wiped it from his face.

"Those assholes," Angel stated randomly.

Ace pulled his hood back up and stood up. "I'm fine- you guys don't need to baby me everytime something happens."

"We're just trying to be nice," I replied.

"Well- just... don't," he stated and limped down the road cursing and swearing and mumbling to himself as Angel and I looked at eachother in confusion. Ace sure was mad...
