Red Tears And Blue Roses

Lately, there has been a lot of killings in various places. The ways in which each perseon was kinda strange as well. Some were a typical gunshot. Some were starvation. Others id rather not speak about. Despite all of that,m there was only one piece of evidence at every crime scene. A blue rose. Records show that there is only one species of roses that appears blue. Its called the Winter Rose. The Winter Rose is supposed to be non-existent. But in the past month, my colleges and I have seen more than fifteen cases of these "non-existent" flowers. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no connection to any of the murders. Hulio, Jack, Skula! Not even they're nationalities match. This case will surely be the worst I've EVER taken. The names Hirose. Master investigator of the S.C.I or "Special Crime Investigations". I do the things the C.S.I and the F.B.I can't handle. Things like mass suicide and mass disappearance. Those are roughly the only cases we are allowed to take. To tell the truth, this is the first case my district has received in almost three months. But you know what they say. "The best things come to those who wait"
