Don't Ever Play With Guns

Advice

"Matt..." I heard Ashley whisper. I lifted my head a little to look at her. "Don't be mad at her..."

"Well what do you want me to do? Why is she being like this?"

"She's having a really hard time being away from her family...she thinks if she gets close to anyone she's only going to disappoint them."

"Then why don’t they bail her out?"I grumbled.

"No money, Matt..." She reminded me.

"Oh..." I sighed, resting my head back on the pillow.

"Just give her time...she'll warm up to you," She assured me quietly.

"How long is that going to take?"

"Not that long...just keep doing what you're doing."

"Okay," I said, rolling over to face the wall.

"Goodnight," She teased, chuckling.

"Yeah, night," I murmured sleepily. I passed out without another word.
