Feeling nervous about starting college is pretty normal, I believe. I just got off the phone with my boyfriend, Ayushman. We started seeing one another in the last months of High School. But sometimes I feel like I don’t get him at all.
I mean he just told me not to make friends with any boys for they’d fall for me and steal me from him. That guy suffers from insecurity big time. But that is what makes him all the more adorable.
Ayushman thinks girls and boys can never be friends. Love will always come between them. Well, I beg to differ. Girls and boys can ALWAYS be friends, if they are mature enough.
We got into an hour long fight, both quoting famous sayings in support of love and friendship. Because to me both are precious, and friendships are extremely close to my heart.
Maybe I wouldn’t befriend a guy at college. But I am pretty sure to get at least some female friends who will actually get me. Nothing wrong in a friendship with girls’ right?
All this discussion about friendship, love, boys and girls made me think of something.
