A Requiems Melody

I sighed and shut the phone as Jaime continued to babble about how hot the guy was. I smiled thinking about how he'd actually look in person and maybe if I had a chance with him. Considering the fact that Jeremy and I had broken up weeks ago and I was still single... the thought made me smile. I stepped into my all time favorite store, Barnes and Nobles, and walked directly to the back half of the store after buying myself a Frappucino. The cold drink slid down my throat as I browsed the shelves and peeked up occasionally to find the guy. The description I had gotten before hanging up had been high pitched but apparently you couldn't miss him. I had just picked up Kill Hannahs new CD when I spotted him. My mouth hit the floor. My cell beeped with a text.

It was Jaime. Hot right?

I looked over to see her at the register grinning.
