Long ago, before the events that took place in Hollywood Whore, Brian Haner Jr. and Melody Romanov were the best of friends. Starting in kindergarten, the two of them became inseperatable.

When her mother and step-father gave her Hell every single day of her life, Brian was the one who'd be there to make her smile and laugh. He was the one that she'd run to whenever she needed someone.

Yet, despite how close they were, Melody couldn't swallow her pride and tell Brian how she actually felt about him. She couldn't tell him how much she actually cared about for her best friend. Instead, she stood on the sidelines as Brian had his way with girls.
