Goodbye Blues

Joy Carmen Richards is an elderly woman who's known in her senior center as the crazy lady who mutters to herself as she paces about her room. But everyday around lunchtime, instead of sitting and eating with everyone else, she tells stories to the little girls who play on the playground behind the senior center.

These little girls are always eager for these stories which always contain a very luring musician who broke Joy's heart years back when she was a young girl. They long for a love like his - a love that slowly turns sour. Because they, too, want to have a nice, bittersweet story to tell, just like Joy when they grow old.
