I Nick Jonas Hate the Bass Player

That night Nick and I were inseparable. We literally left the courthouse and went home but both of our lawyers were so lost. As we were in the car we both couldn’t stop touching each other. We kept kissing each other frivolously but I’m so glad that I was with him again. I knew that if Nick didn’t do something then I was going to say something. I wanted to be with him so much but now I finally am.
“I love you so much” Nick said as he moved hair out of my face
“Nick I love you too”

We kissed lightly and just rested our foreheads against each other.

“I can’t believe I went almost a year without you. I’m so sorry I left you for the army and I’m so sorry that I did what I did.” He said
“Nick, it’s all ok, it’s behind us now” I said smiling at him
“I missed that smile so much!” he said then kissing me

Within a few minutes we were at my apartment and we were literally running up the stairs.

“Nick, I can’t run or you’re wanting your children to come way too soon” I said laughing
“Oh, right!”

He picks me up and ran up the flights of stairs. We were still soaking wet from the rain but we weren’t worried. As Nick came up to the top of the last flight he set me down and smiled. He kissed me against the door and brought me as close as we could get. His hands were tracing down to my lower back but he pulled away. Staring into each other’s eyes he smiled even bigger but he made me laugh.

“You know if you weren’t pregnant I’d so be doing something with you right now!”
“Haha, well you’ll just have to wait for that” I said grabbing his tie and kissing him

We finally got into the apartment and Nick carried me into the bedroom and we both landed on the bed.

“Niiicckkk! Hahaha! Stop tickling me!”
“Never” he said then kissing me and still ticking me

He smiled as he hovered over me.

“My babies are growing!” Nick said smiling and kissing my stomach
“Yeah and their mommy can’t wear anything cute officially” I said
“Only 3 more months and we’ll have our babies with us” he said smiling
“Thinking of them, we need to pick names baby” I said
“We’ll do it now then”
“What?”
“Yeah” he said grabbing his Mac and opening it up on the bed.

I laid into Nick’s shoulder and he smiled as he kissed my head.

“Ok, so lets look at boys names” Nick said
“No girls” I said
“Well how about this? If it’s boys I’ll pick the name and if it’s girls you can pick the names. Ok?” he asked
“Ok” I said smiling up at him

As I stared at him I didn’t know that I started arching my eye

“Ok Mrs. Jonas that is not going to work with me!”
“What are you talking about?” I asked
“You…you arched my eyebrow and it…it kinda turned me on”
“Oh Nick! Stop it!” I said smiling and kissing his cheek

We were finally at peace once again. Back to the Naura life…

I was studying for another test in another one of my glamorous classes when I felt someone come up behind me and kiss my neck. I turned and saw Nick there smiling at me and looking into my eyes.

“So what should I make for dinner?” he asked
“It’s up to you, I don’t care” I said smiling
“Well I have something for you” he said
“Nick, you shouldn’t have…” I said

He walked behind the kitchen and then came out with a box.

“I know it’s not like jewelry, which is my usual but I got you something I think that would make you want to work hard.”

I smiled and he handed me the box and I opened it to see the cutest things.

“Nick, a note pad with ‘Mrs. Jonas’s Earth Science Class’…this is so adorable!” I said
“Look there is even other stuff there…” he said

I looked through all the pencils, bulletin board borders, posters and expo markers I got to the bottom that made me so proud and excited at the same time. I pulled out a name plate with my name on it, engraved and I was so excited.

“Nick! This is so cute!” I said
“Well, I made it official just for you” he said smiling
“You know you’re going to have to help me set up my classroom when I get it you know?” I said
“Yep & I can’t wait!” he said

He kissed my cheek and smiled

“Now get back to studying missy, I want my wife to be the best” he said

I kissed him again and went back to my textbook.

“So I’ve been thinking of names…” Nick said
“Really? Well what are they?” I asked
“Well it’s just one right now” he said
“Oh, just one?” I asked sarcastically
“Haha, you’re funny” he said
“Well what’s the name?” I asked
“Jeremiah James…” he said

I turned around in my chair and looked at him.

“I really like it” I said
“Yeah?” he asked stirring whatever was in the pot
“Yeah, the more I keep mentally saying it the more I love it. I mean I know you love the letter ‘J’ obviously but I love it. It’s got a great ring to it” I said smiling to him

He smiled and stopped his stirring to stare at me.

“It does doesn’t it?” he smiled laughing
“What the J’s?” I asked
“Yeah, I didn’t realize it until you said something” he said
“Well I love it” I said

I turned around and looked at my stomach. Part of me wanted to have a boy and a girl but I wouldn’t mind having 2 boys or 2 girls.

“So what about girls names?” he asked turning the stove off and walking over to me

He was wiping his hands on a rag and sat next to me at my desk.

“Well, I’ve only thought of one as well” I said
“Why only one?”

He was mocking me & it was funny.

“Haha, yes only one” I said
“Well, what is it?” he asked excited
“I have to spell it out” I said

I grabbed a piece of paper from my spiral and wrote out the name.

“Daphne Lian?”
“No it’s Leigh-Ann, it’s just spelt differently” I said
“Daphne Lian Jonas…” he said smiling
“Yeah” I said twiddling my pencil
“Jeremiah & Daphne…” he said smiling and reaching his arm around me to hold me
“I love them” I said
“I do too” he said
“Now there’s only one thing left…” I said
“What’s that?” he asked
“We need to find out the sex of our babies…”

Nick was in class that Friday, yes I said class. Haha, Nick is taking government classes and planning to major in political science. When he’s done in 3 years he’ll be running for the Senate.

I on the other hand was studying and cooking dinner. I was making chicken tacos tonight, well Nick’s favorite, plus it was Friday night, that was Mexican night in this household. I was watching T.V. in the living room as I cooked from the kitchen and it was nice. The house was quiet and it was different to be alone again.

“I’m home!” I heard

I smiled as I heard Nick’s voice enter through the room. When he entered I smiled wide and he took his sunglasses off.

“There’s my beautiful wife”

He came around the counter and into the kitchen smiling wider than I’ve seen him smile in a long time.

“What?” I asked curious
“Well, I got an A on my paper for one and two, I got a call from the doctors today” he said smiling
“Really?” I asked
“Yeah, so you know how we chose to not know the sex right away?” he asked
“Yes…and?!?!” I asked excited

He opened his messenger bag and pulled out a paper. Placing it on the counter he showed pictures and then another paper on the side.

“So what are they?” I asked

He looked at me and smiled

“We’re having a boy and a girl!” he said
“We’re…we’re having a boy and a girl!!!” I said extaticly
“YEAH!!” he said smiling and was looking at my stomach
“AHHH!!!” I yelled excited and I kissed Nick

He stared into my eyes as we pulled apart and he just sighed

“I still can’t get over the fact we are together” he said
“I know, it’s kinda crazy” I said
“Well we’ll talk after dinner because right now I want to have dinner with you and pop in a movie. How does that sound?” he asked
“Perfect!” I said

As I went back to cooking I stirred the chicken around in the seasoning I felt Nick wrap his arms around me and brought me against him.

“I miss being this close to you” he said
“I know, just 3 more months” I said
“Counting the day until Jeremiah and Daphne are here” he said kissing my neck
“Go get changed and get the move ready. It all should be done in a few minutes”

I kissed him as he stood behind me and he smiled as I pulled away.

“You never want to have a dull moment with me, do you?” he asked
“No”
“Because you just make me so happy everyday. I couldn’t ask for a better wife”

He walked away and into the bedroom to change. As I finished fixing both Nick & I’s plates I saw him waiting for me on the couch. I brought both of our plates over and he smiled as he took both of them.

“Baby go get changed and I’ll get the movie started ok?” he said
“Ok” I said

I walked back into the bedroom and walked in turning the light on to see the bed covered in baby bags.

“Nick? What are all these bags for?” I asked
“Oh, they’re gifts…for you and babies” he said

I smiled and grabbed all the bags at the arm full and started bringing them out to the living room. Nick just laughed as he watched me scurry to get all the bags. Once I was changed and all of the bags were in the front room I sat down on the couch next to Nick and he kissed me.

“So I counted the days and it’s 2 months and 29 days until our bundles are here” he said
“I can’t wait…”
