Oceane had taught herself not to listen to the desire of emotion.
All she wanted to do was to ignore everyone and everything until she was eighteen and could escape from the suffocating small town of Cergy, in France, to Paris, where she wished to get a scholarship and enter the Academy of Dance.
But when her parents explain they've adopted a young man from Spain with a troubled past of his own to be her brother figure, Oceane is disgusted in her feelings toward him.
Is she willing to throw everything away for him?
Was true love the only emotion she hadn't prepared herself to battle?
