Mrs. Wilson introduced Raven to the class and paced her next to me.

"Okay class what can you tell me about vampires?"

('Great') I thought ('More bullshit about my kind.')

"How is this important to history?" Some nerdy girl asked.

"Vampires are one of history's most popular folklore tales." Mrs. Wilson just smiled at her.

"Sunlight kills them!"

('I'm still here') I thought.

"Garlic irritates them!"

('Myth')

"They turn into bats and sleep in coffins!"

('Someone's seen too many vampire movies') The class had eventually settled down from yelling stupid shit they have seen in movies.

"Zacky." I looked up to see Mrs. Wilson smiling at me.

"Yes ma'am?"

"What can you tell us about vampires?"

"I don't know much." (Lie)

"Give it your best shot." She smiled.

"I would assume almost everything being said about vampires isn't true."

Everyone turned around to face me and gave me confused looks.

"Don't you watch movies Baker?" I looked to see Kevin Donovan staring at me with a smug look on his face.

"You can't believe everything you see in the movies." I smirked. The smug on his face was wiped off and replaced with a glare.

"I believe vampires are invincible. Nothing stands in there way. Nothing can stop them." I looked away from Kevin to see Raven had spoken. She had just spoken what we really are.
