My Little Secret
Surprising huh?
Three weeks earlier…….
~We all warned her about him. We all tried to protect her from him. We all knew about him~

One late September evening Myranda was taking a nice warm bubble bath. She was caught up in her own thoughts until someone knocked on the bathroom door.
“Yes?” Myranda answers
“Its mommy I have to get something”
Myranda gets up slowly and walks over to the door and unlocks it.
“It’s unlocked” she told her mom.
Annabelle opened the door and headed to the sink. She started to
brush her teeth until something distracted her. She stared closely into the mirror.
“Myranda stand up?” she demanded
She shut the door quickly enough so that her husband that was on his way near the bathroom wouldn’t see what was going on. Annabelle stared at her for awhile until her words finally came back.
“Rule number one from now on no other than me is allowed to come into the bathroom while you are in here okay?”
“Yes” Myranda said still a little confused
“Come on baby hurry up and wash up so you can get some sleep” Annabelle said
“Okay mom” Myranda said washing up
“Tomorrow is the last days of school aren’t you excited”
Annabelle said changing the topic
“Yup Mrs. Potter said we are going to have cake, cookies, chips and all of that good stuff” Myranda said excited
“That’s good doesn’t every one have to bring something?” Annabelle asked
“Yuppies” Myranda answered with a giggle
“What do you want to bring?” Annabelle asked with a smile
“Ummm…juice may I please bring juice?” she asked her mother
“Sure its 7:00 if you hurry maybe I can take you to the store so we can get it before it closes” Her mother suggested
“sure” Myranda said finishing up in the shower
“Okay I’ll be waiting” Annabelle said as she walked out the bathroom.

“Okay baby I am going to put the juice in the refrigerator, you go up stairs, and get in bed I’ll be right up so I can tuck you in” Annabelle said when they got home from the store
“Okay” Myranda said running up stairs

“You’re a big girl now, and when I say that I mean it baby” Annabelle said tucking her in
“Okay” Myranda said
“You will be going through some changes soon don’t worry though I’ll be right here” Annabelle said
She kissed her forehead, turned out the lights, and left.
“I’m a big girl” Myranda whispered to herself and drifted off to sleep.
