Dear Jane,
As you might have noticed by now, I've decided to leave. It's just better this way, for the both of us.
This was originally written for Evanescent Dasha's "Dear John" competition. It was later entered in this prewrite contest.
For the original contest, each contestant was assigned a song and an object; mine were "Home" by Three Days Grace, and a Macbook.
It's 2306 words long. A one-shot, plus a little more.
