Chapter Thirteen;
I forgave my brother, he was one of the people I had left. I couldn't let him go.
I drove back to my house in silence, no radio, nothing.
When I reached my house, I walked in the door, still silent.
Joe was sitting on the couch watching TV
"Hey man, how'd it go with D?" he asked me
I ignored him, and he knew something was wrong. Joe got up and put his hands on my shoulders.
"She won't take you back?" he asked
"No... she took me back alright..."
"What did you guys do?"
I sat on the couch and Joe sat beside me, and I ignored that question too
"Nick... I mean you were over there a pretty long time... do you two.. you know"
"Yes! We had sex ok!"
Joe laughed a bit
"Whats so funny?" I asked
"Nothing, just... is she good in bed" I hit him
"Shut up man... and... yes...shes amazing!"
"What if you weren't her first?"
"I've know her my whole life, I'm pretty sure, I'm was her first...."

"I needed to talk to you..."

"Well go talk to her!" he pushed me out the door
"I'm locking the door and you're not coming in till you talk to her!" He closed the door and I heard it lock.
"Ha-ha very funny... I have a key." I opened the door and Joe took the key out of my hand and pushed me back out the door and locked it again
"Not any more!" he laughed and I heard him walk away
I just slid to the ground and sat there... for a while I might add.
"Joe.. I'm hungry!"
"Go get food at D's house! You're so stubborn Nick!"
"Nick... what are you doing?"
I looked up to see D and one of her friends staring at me, I stood up
"Uh, nothing..." I said
"Uh huh..."
"Joe locked me out..."
"Why?"
I faced the door
"JOE, I talked to D, now let me in!"
"That doesn't count, you didn't talk to her about what I want you to talk to her... about? did I say that right!?"
"And what exactly is that?"
"Oh you know"
"D... your boyfriends a freak..." Dez said to D
"Nick..." I heard D say
I turned around and smiled at her
"Hi..." I told her
"Nick? are you ok?"
"Yeah I'm fine..."
"Ok.. I'm just gonna... talk to you later" she left
"oh great now she thinks I'm an idiot! LET ME IN JOE!"
"NO! It would've been so simple to talk to her right then and there but you just have to be stubborn!"
"Ugh!" I slid back down to the ground
It was already 9 and I was still sitting outside
"Nick.. I'm going to bed!" I got up again
"Joe... I'm gonna kill you! Open the door!!!!"
"Nick...." I turned around to see D there again
oh great, she has seen me doing this twice. I must look like such a dumb fuck...
