Good Man picks up five months after the end of Best Man. Mike's already hit the 40 year mark and is happily married to Caroline, with their two children Mike Jr., and Chloe. Tre is also married now, to Caroline's sister Giselle, and the two have had many problems trying to conceive in the past, but will their most recent pregnancy reach full term, unlike the others? And when the unthinkable happens how will the main characters cope? How will they move on with their lives? And how will their children be affected?
