The Direwood Fairies
Fairies. They are real and they are around you every day, controlling the elements among other things. Humans can’t see us and we stand no taller that a 12 inches. Fairies (also commonly know as pixies throughout the human world) live in Direwood a hidden Forest that can be accessed from anywhere in the world but only by a fairy.
Sometimes though, there is a fairy that is too rebellious for the Direwood. When that happens the rebellious fairy is sent to be a human. It is called the Fall From Grace and it is a scary punishment for any Fairy because of the hate and fear that fills the human society. Only one fairy has made it back from the fall and that fairy is now the queen of fairies.
This story is about one very rebellious fairy named Flames and her fall from grace.
