Evergreen Land

Rebecca Elenor Watson (Bec to her friends) just had her life ruined. Her father is sending her to sleep away camp this summer instead of letting her tour Italy with one of her best friends, Samantha. You see, her boyfriend (Gavin) is the problem. More specifically, his father is the problem. Gabriel "stole" Mr. Watson's brain child intern. And things went downhill from there.

At the bottom of this proverbial hill sits Camp Runabout Ridge. It's stunning, cool (temperature wise), and refreshingly quiet. However, it has some drawbacks. The counselor everyone loves is always giving her strange looks. Two of her cabin mates are already in a bloodthirsty battle over a guy. Etc.

So Bec must face the great out doors of upstate New York practically alone with only a contraband Sidekick, a sense of humor, and a large dose of tweaked street smarts to help her.
