Zoey is not normal like other people.
She can't stand the smell of garlic,
Cats hate her for some odd reason,
She can't go out in the sun for too long (she might get a heatsroke or nasty burn),
And she talks to a peculiar red dragonfly at night.
But besides all her "problems" she's just a regular angsty teenager; wanting to rid herself of her crappy dad and lifestyle.
Her father Frank, is a total dick.
He uses mentaly and pysically hurts his daughter,
He uses her "abnormalities" to try and make more money.
William Beckett is head of a vampire clan called the Dandies.
He has a connection with Zoey that she would think was impossible.
Pete Wentz is a Vampire Hunter... who also happens to be a vampire.
Obviously he kills his own kind.
All these people polar opposites of each other,
yet all are intertwined in some way or another.
