Pick The Poison And Pour Yourself A Glass

A couple of hours have passed and we were now in our second destination.

Kansas.

"Kansas City, make way for The Butcher!" Andy said as he stepped down from the tour bus.

Apparently, the boys were so excited that they rushed to their dressing rooms like toddlers. Well, they were playing after all.

"Last one to the dressing room is a sell out!" I heard one of them say.

"Why aren't you running?" I asked William.

"I don't want you being left behind," he replied as he was looking at his sidekick.

"Who said I was getting left behind?" I grinned and ran the fastest I could.

"Hey!" William said as he ran after me.

Shit. Shit. Shit.

He's catching up.

Although I made some risky turns, I was able to pull it off.

"No running!" some guy in a black shirt said.

"Sorry!" I said as I jumped over a metal bar.

God. This is seriously tiring.

William was a really fast runner, considering he had long legs.

"I got you now!" he said as he grabbed me by the waist.

"Let go! I wanted to beat you!" I said, trying to wiggle from his grip.

"Too bad," he smiled as he wrapped his arm around my waist.

Err. Whatever.

We then walked to their dressing room.

"Come o guys, 10 minutes til sound check," some guy said.

I can't help but notice William constantly checking his phone.

"Guys," he finally said and shifted his eyes to the boys. "Gabe texted, he said they're just about to enter Kansas so that gives them a rough 20 minutes to arrive."

They just nodded.

Sound check started and I decided to wait for them around the entrance.

20 minutes passed and still no sign of them.

"Princess!" Spencer shouted from behind.

"You bitch!" I said, trying to sound pissed although I can't help but hug my best friend.

"I knew you can't stay mad at me," she grinned. "Hey, why are you sweaty?"

"Oh, this?" I chuckled. " Nah we just... played. That's all."

"Well you need to shower," she said. "Like right now."

We then headed to the bus.

Thank God she's back.
