Ryan Michelle Robinson lives with her dad who owns a record company. She lives in the rich part of the suburbs in Cali. She's contantly around famous musicians, but has become acoustomed to it and thinks nothing of it. When her dad agrees to do a record with the Jonas Brothers, Ryan is anything but happy. Then to make it worse a series of events leads Nick to contantly be around her. When she realzes that they have something big in common, they grow a close bond and become more than 'just friends'
