Well, Mr. Higginbothum was fired for swearing on a student, Cat and Dave were suspended for skipping off and attacking another student, Kandy ran into a nerd and hit him, causing a detention, and Jake was suspended for causing a teacher to swear on him and get fired.
Anywho...
That night, the friends managed to sneak out to play a show. Their punk band, Black Funeral, was playing a show at a local club.
They stepped onto the stage to a cheering crowd. Dave picked up his guitar, and Jake took his bass. Kandy sat behind the club's drum kit, and Cat stepped in front of the microphone.
"HELLO EVERYBODY!" She yelled into the mic.
A cheer erupted from the crowd. Dave pulled the guitar riff, and they began a cover of Black Sabbath's 'Iron Man". Cat sang her heart out, loud and angry.
After a few original songs, they walked off the stage, and bumped into a dark-haired man. "Oh God, I'm sorry, man...I didn't mean to.." Dave spat out.
"It's alright. You're just the group I wanted to see. I've got an offer for you. I'm a scout from Adeline Records."
