The Game
I stare around, unsuredly. The crowd scream almost to the point of deafening me. My heart is pounding wildly against my chest; my hands shake; my knees almost give way; and my brow is wet with persperation.
I realise how much I miss the good old days. It's only been a couple of years, but life so much simpler. There was no pressure from the media;you were your own coach; and you knew, that even if you lost the game, there was always tomorrow.
Not now...
Join Sasha and Tom. Two 15-year olds who live for soccer. Their life was fun, simple. They were the ubeatable couple. They were reknowned for their ability, skill, but also, how they LOVED the game.
All that changes, one fateful day. The two are seperated when they are noticed by a scout who is in desperate search for fresh players.
Things change...
