Tequila Shots

Alex's Point of View
Emily and I rushed through stores.
Of course she wasn't talking to me.
She bought a couple of shirts, about a billion tank tops, 6 pairs of shoes, a couple pairs of jeans, and shorts.
She was one expensive and speedy shopper.
"You know we have hoodies and stuff on the bus from merch." I informed her.
She nodded and put the hoodie she was looking at down.
"You might want to buy a bathing suit. We stop at a lot of hotels. They're are pools, oceans, and what not."
She nodded, picking a random bikini.
All I was trying to do was help.
Next was the make-up store.
Then the cell phone store.
Then the hair store - why do girls insist on buying nine billion headbands?
And then the most embarrassing store for me to be in with her - Victoria Secret.
She was pushing through racks of bras, picking up one every so often.
"You don't have to be here." she sighed.
"I know. But I want to be here."
She sighed and walked across the store, I followed.
Great, the underwear section.
"What's with you?" I asked.
"What do you mean?"
"You're being a bitch. All I'm trying to do is be nice to you. But you're being a bitch. To me, to my band members and to your brother!" My voice was raising with anger.
Half the store was staring at us.
"Alex, stop." Emily looked at me seriously. Her voice was stern.
"No! Why do you hate me?"
Okay, now the whole store was looking at us.
"Alex, I don't hate you."
"You sure do a good job of showing it, Emily!" I threw my hand up in aggravation.
It hit something lacy and fluffy. Whatever it was, it stuck to my hand.
I stared in horror at my hands.
There was a huge thong. Huge, like a 300 pound lady could fit into it.
Lovely.
Emily began falling into fits of hysterics.
Seeing her smile made me happy, and I soon joined her in laughter.
"Wow, Alex, I didn't know you wore thongs." she smiled.
"I picked this up for you." I said, slingshooting it at her.
We both began laughing together again.
Maybe I was getting somewhere with this.
