My Arranged Marriage

Ch. 2
~Miriam’s POV~
I tried on probably on my first dress and I loved it, It was pink with a black ribbon around its waist with matching shoes with pink toe nails with a white flower on them and white finger nails with a pink flower stenciled on them, I agreed to wear it tonight for the dinner at 8, I found a cool hair do with my hair for the first night of my NEW life. Why I was in the closet I was thinking of why I was here and then, I forgot what time it was… I went out of my closet and looked at a clock on the wall and OMG it is 8:05 OMG I am late! I ran fast as I could to the dinning room and stopped right before I got there and then I walked very slowly in the room, Mom stood up and went over to me and hugged me again and showed me where to sit and then she took he place at the ending of the table, I looked right beside me and Gabriel wasn’t there, 17 Butlers came out carrying 1 salad, 1 soup, 1 chicken summer bridge, 1 piece of almond pie and 1 glass of wine each butler and they brought it to there assigned person and set it down so we could eat, I was already freaked out from how much food was made but then I heard a door slam and guess who was there,
“Gabriel!” Mom said as she jumped up and ran for her son, Gabriel
“Mom, It is nothing, I just got in a fight with…..”
He didn’t finish his sentence, He had a bloody nose and a black eye and a busted up lip.
“Gabriel?” I walked over to him….

~Gabriel’s POV~
Miriam walked over to me and helped me up, She looked so beautiful! I couldn’t even believe my eyes! I thought she was a Angel when I looked at her, She helped me up and took me to the bathroom and sat me down on the toilet seat (It was down) She looked in the cabinets and got a few things,
This was our conversation,
“I don’t need help!” I said
“Umm, Gabriel…. Have you looked in the mirror since you have been home?”
“No! But why should I?”
“Because! You have a busted up lip and a bloody nose! Even One of your eyes are black! So what happened!?”
“Nothing!” I yelled
”Well it looks like something did happen and you aren’t telling your future wife about it!”
“Nothing!”
”Yes! Something did happen!” [she glared at me]
“No!”
“Yes!”
“NO!!! NOTHING HAPPENED!!!” I yelled at her
“Fine!” She screamed
She took a ace bandage and rapped it around my bruised hand and washed my face off with warm water. What the heck am I doing! I thought to my self! She is the first girl I have EVER seen T-t-this beautiful… That’s it! I will never think about that again! I will do my best to stay with her all of my life! Wow! Then just to think that I never would of met her with out both of our dads meeting! Wow!
“Okay, All finished, I think right about now dinner is finished but we can go and check, only if you want to?”
“Ummm I-I- Umm…. Ahhh…. Oh! Of course! Lets go see if dinner is over… “
We both got up and went back to the dinning room where we saw the table cleaned off and Mom sitting there with her arms crossed over her chest, She said:
“Gabriel, May you please stay here? And Miriam you can go to your bedroom… If you do not mind I really need to speak to Gabriel?”
“Yes ma’am”
Miriam left and I was there with my Mom….
“Honey! Why did you have to do this on the night that she came?”
“Mom, I didn’t mean to! Just….. Dad didn’t want to wait I guess?”
“But look, She is only 17! You wanted a wife, I gave you a Angel as a wife! Then what else do you need!?”
“All I do is want to live in a safe place! Where I don’t get punched 3 times when I walk in side of my own home!”
“Hone..”
I cut her off cause I don’t want to listen to it…
“Mom, I don’t want her to wait long, You can come in my office tomorrow and talk to me about it…. I don’t want her to think that we are a abused family…. Tomorrow after I take a shower, I will get back to work… I will tell her what you and her are doing tomorrow…. I already know your plans…… Then we will come home… Mom!”
”Okay honey, I just wanted to know… Good night!”
”Good night… Momma”
She smiled at me and left the room… I went to my room and WOW! OMG!

~Miriam’s POV~
I took a shower why Gabriel and Momma was talking, I took in some CUTE pajamas… They had little frogys all over them… It was a tank top with a pair of shorts… I put the dress with the shoes in a Lavender laundry basket… I cant believe that this is my new life… And at least he isn’t ugly… Ahhh… He is soooo CUTE! I can NOT believe me dad got him to be a son in law! Wow! I love him…. OMG! I LOVE HIM!! I cant believe it! His green eyes with the…. Ah…. I went out and sat on the bed… I then went to the TV and turned on JONAS… Yes I know… I like Jonas… There cute! I would of picked Joe if I haven’t of met Gabriel…. I wonder what our children are going to look like…. I got some strawberry cream and started to rub it on my legs…. And then… OH NO!! Crap! Gabriel walked in…. Dang it! I wasn’t prepared…. I do feel bad for him…. I wonder who beat him up….. Hmm…. I then crawled in to bed… Then… I… Dozed… Off….. A…g……h……
