Silver Lining

"Jaxx is such a snake.."

I would recall Kami's comment during one lunch period, right after Jaxx weaved around us and scored yet another goal in Soccer just a minute before. It was always like this, a normal day with my Best friend. A couple of goals, a bunch of naps, and an overabundance of pure sweet nothings.

I thought it would just continue that way forever, you know? An infinite spiral of Ashe Wyndham and Jaxx Casus. Wyndham and Casus; the inseparable duo. Funny how everything changed in just a few short months, considering we're just so tight.

Lately, I cant help but remember what Kami said that day-- and how true that joke could be.
