I lost count of the days locked up in that place … The same vampire came and injected me everyday… at first I didn’t know what it was for…
But I realized that after the first injections, transforming was painful… and now I could hardly concentrate on transforming…
I hadn’t eaten anything, I only drank water… I missed the sun though more than food. I hadn’t seen the sunlight since Damien had brought me here. It’s not like I was planning to see the sun anytime soon…
Obviously Alex had given up on me long ago…
But why wouldn’t he? He didn’t care about me… he didn’t feel the same way I felt for him…
But what about the King? I had saved his son and this was how he repaid me? Then again… why would he care? I was supposed to be a pet… not a bodyguard.
Amy? Luke? Bell? Felix? Okay they might have liked me… but why would they risk their own lives for me?
I was an emotional wreck… I could hardly stand since I was too weak… I felt dead… but why would it matter? I was dead to the world anyway…
