As Itsy Bitsy or, Tess (If you want to get technical) served her last cup of tea to her guests...
Her mom was not far behind the door shaking her head at her daughter's imaginary friends. Her mother Charlie didn't understand her daugher's world nor the characters that lived in it.
When Tess was about 10 years old she took a trip to the attic one day to see what treasures awaited her.
After the dust settled she opened her mother's old trunk. There she found a lot of her mom's old cd's. She snuck them down to her room and began listening to them ever since.
She was always fascinated by the sounds and the characters. So she began having each of them over for tea. Marylin Manson became her favorite. He was always polite and loved her tea.
Tess is a pretty girl. At twelve she's tall for her age. She has long-brown shiny hair and bright blue eyes. Her mother's always tried to get her into ballet or dance. Anything to get her away from her room. Charlie tried to raise her daughter to be different than she had been growing up. A girly girl, someone who wanted to do what little girls do.
Tess wasn't a normal girl.
She didn't want those things. She loved her mother dearly but she wanted to create her own world and the people in it. Her mom's husband had to be away a lot of the time. He was a director of movies. He made plenty of money to keep them happy but never had enough time to give them the love they wanted most. Tess saw what this did to her mother. She didn't want to become best friends with someone only to have them leave her. So she created her own friends. They were always there and never was there a dull moment.
Tess threw tea parties, went to art galleries, held concerts, and became a celebrity make-up artist all by her 12th birthday. She then decided if her life was always this interesting why change it?
