Jade Castillo grew up in the Canary Islands, Spain. Her mother being single, a teacher, and a witch, taught her many things; such as: English, French, and Magic.
Her mother attended Beau Batons School of Witchcraft in France. Top of her class. She moved in with her Mother-in-law when her husband died while fighting for the protection of her and Jade. Benita Castillo took a job as a teacher in the village that they live in.
Jade's Grandmother is just the crazy Mother-in-law; but fun nevertheless.
