Forget Me Not

Gerard could walk to work in five minutes, but opted instead to take two minutes in the car, not matter how many times Frank told him to walk.

A week before the pair are due to be married, Gerard is in a car accident which leaves him unconscious.

While the Doctors assure Frank that there's an almost one-hundred percent chance he'll wake up, there's only a small chance that he'll actually remember anything.

Warning: Badly researched brain science. I tried, promise :XD
  1. ONE
By the time he saw the large black car, it was too late. The noise he heard then was one you only ever hear in a movie: Tires screeching, car horns, a woman screaming and shattering glass.
  2. TWO
He cursed as he realised he’d have to run all the way down to the hospital because Gerard had the car. Gerard had the car, and Frank wouldn’t need to be running to the hospital if Gerard had just walked; just walked like Frank always told him to.
  3. THREE
He was vaguely aware of the dampness soaking into his jeans, but he didn’t even feel awake or even human at this point, so he made no attempt to move.
