Dolly Napier's life was never normal. She grew up with a father, not very ordinary, not very caring, but a father none the less. He was a devious man, who did not want the money he could earn, who did not want to work with others under a plan. He just wanted to watch the world burn. He liked to savor the little moments of pain. He enjoyed it actually. He ate it up and asked for me whenever he wasn't satisfied.

But when little Dolly came along in his life.

That still didn't stop him from being the mastermind in Gotham City. He raised her that's for sure.
