The Chase

The Chase is a short story that is a part of the second collection of stories in my work call 'A New Beginning. It stars Icetalon, Sandstorm, and Darkstar who hail from different points in the previous collection called "Journey's Start" and they are now friends who are in charge of three different clans; Icetalon is leader of StormClan, Sandstorm is leader of ThunderClan, and Darkstar leads SkyClan. Together they battle the Blood Allegiance led By Iceclaw of BloodClan. banded together with him are ShadowClan, WindClan, and RiverClan.

In this chapter our heroes find themselves chased by an ambush from BloodClan. Acting on instinct, Icetalon sends the other two to hide, while she remains to fight the patrol.
