Finish What's Started competition! Got given
Darkness surrounded him. The only thing giving him light was the moon and the stars. He pulled his jacket tight around him to hold off the chill of the night. The air was still; all nightlife was quiet. The only sound was that of his footsteps and heavy breathing. The sense of being followed pushed him forward. He tried to push the feeling aside, tried to ignore it, but he couldn’t. He started to run as the foreboding presence grew stronger. An invisible force grabbed a hold of him and knocked him to the ground. A scream escaped him, but no sound came.
and had to work the story with that paragraph in it...but I kinda twisted it up a bit by ending with that! I hope that's okay, MWalsh86!!
But anyways I hope you like! It only took me about a half hour so it might not be great!
