Clubs, Rape, ***ed!

Victim found hung with a rope in Owens Memorial Park. Body found with a silver wedding band on her right hand finger, but she was not married. It appears the Suspect possibly broke into the park maintenance shed, stole several items, including the rope used to hang the victims. Victim was seen leaving a bar earlier that night at approx. 2 AM. Large amounts of Chloroform found in blood. There were no open wounds, so it is presumed that a rag was used to administer it since there were no signs of a struggle. The unconscious body was then taken to Owens Park where she was raped and a noose was tied around her neck. She was then hung on a large tree branch in the northeast side of Owens Park. Body was found at approx. 5:30AM by an elderly couple walking their dog.
