It's Now or Never
Shot.
I stared into the crowd while, Bert was talking,and searched.
I searched for her,
The only one I've ever loved.
Katie Stuart,my one and only.
She'd agreed to come to tonights concert,but I hadn't seen her yet.
Tonight's the night,
The night I was gonna find some courage to ask her out.
Okay,so I lied in the beginning,
She wasn't mine...yet.
But how I hoped that she'd say yes,and only yes.
I snapped back into reality when I heard Bert say what song was up next.
I took one last glance around the venue,then started dumming.
No sign of her.

"Goodnight!"Bert shouted before throwing down his mic,and heading backstage.
I dropped my drumsticks to the floor,then followed him.
"Dude,I can't find her."I told Quinn,he nudged me
"Yeah,right.She's right there."he replied,I nodded and walked slowly to her.
She looked at me and smiled,
Gosh how I just wanted to kiss those perfect lips of hers.
I reached her and stood for a moment before talking.
"Hey"I said,she giggled
"Hey Dan"She replied"So,why'd you want me to come ronight?Did you want me here for something?"
"Um,yeah,actually,I did.I needed to ask you something"Gah Dan spit it out!Stop beating around the bush!
"Yeah?"
"Well,um,I was wondering,would you...possibly,want to go on a date...say,tomorrow?"There,I said it.
All she did though,was stand there.
She let her brown hair fall into her face,and cover those hazel eyes I'd always admired.
"Dan,I'm just not sure.Every other guy I've dated,I didn't mean a thing to.I'm still so heartbroken..."She started,I interupted her
"It's okay,I guess I'll just...."I said,trying to walk off,she stopped me though.
"But I trust you,I know you won't leave me heartbroken.I'll go."She finished.
I could tell by the way she smiled that my face had brightened up.
"Say that new Italian resteraunt,seven PM?"
"Sounds good."She said,as she kissed my cheek and skipped off.

"No...Dan...quit!"She cried as I tickled her sides.
She tried to pull my hands away,but she couldn't.
I finally stopped and let her regain her compsure.
She sat between my legs on the ground,and leaned against my chest.
I wrapped my arms around her tiny waist and thought to myself
-It's now or never-
I moved over some and turned her face towards mine.
"Katie,can I ask you something?"I asked,she nodded"Be my girlfriend,please?"
"You know I will."She said before kissing me deeply
