Struggles In Darkness
Okay, so, I entered this competition called A Surprise Contest by hello hollywood and got given a phobia, Achluophobia - The Fear Of Darkness.
I couldn't have received a better phobia to write about. Darkness is my forté when it comes to story writing so I got started straight away. And here is the finished product!
Written in first person, a woman is locked in a tiny room in absolute darkness and her descent into panic is described. Only one main event in it that begins to show her that the darkness can, in fact, be something helpful.
