Let Me Perfect It

I'm Telling!

Sophie's POV:

The last week or so has been interesting. Although William and I are no longer handcuffed together he spent almost every night on my bus and if he wasn't I was spending the night on his bus. The funny looks we had gotten from our bands and the other bands had slowly died down but Angie had gone to refusing to talk to me and sent me death glares often, she even shoved me away from her when we were playing a show.

I really couldn't understand what her problem was but shrugged it off figuring she would get over it sooner or later, or would explode and bitch me out. Either one worked I supposed.

"Hey there" a voice said in my ear as a pair of long arms wrapped around me.

I rested my head back against William's chest and smiled up at him "Hi"

"You ran off on me" his lips formed a pout.

After my band had finished our set I had headed back to the bus. It wasn't that Id didn't want to see the other bands play, I was just really tired. Plus I knew there was food on William's bus and no one would yell at me for stealing it.

"I was hungry" I answered taking a bite of my bowl of mac and cheese.

"How did you know there was mac and cheese on my bus?" he asked with a smirk.

I shrugged "I didn't I just was looking for food and found mac and cheese"

"Silly girl" he chuckled and kissed me softly.

I smiled again and went to take another bite of my food but William moved my hand and lifted the spoon to his mouth before I could react.

"Hey" I pouted "That's mine"

"Not anymore" he smirked now taking the bowl.

"Give it back"

"Make me" he smirked.

I glared at him for a moment before lunging at him and tackling him to the floor. The bowl slipped from his hand, mac and cheese flying as I landed on top of him. He looked surprised for a moment before a mischief smile over took his lips and he wrapped his arms around me.

"This is interesting"

"How so?" I smiled.

He shrugged "Well it could be more interesting"

I rolled my eyes at his hints and teases.

"I don't think so Beckett"

I attempted to stand up so I could clean up the mess that we had made. Lucky the bowl was almost empty when I had attacked William. William however had an iron grip on my waist.

"William let go"

He flipped us over so he was on his hands and knees hovering over me, that smile still on his lips. I had a bad feeling he was up to something.

"And if I don't?" he purred.

"Then I'll make you"

"Bring it" he smirked.

I pushed him away lightly, but he didn't budge. I pouted for a moment and he continued to smirk at me. Without warning I pushed him again, this time with my full strength, surprised I was actually able to get him to move enough for me to wiggle free. I made a dash for the bus door, but William caught me around the waist, pulling me back tight against him.

"And where do you think you're going?" he asked, his breath tickling my ear.

"My bus?" I asked more than answered.

"I don't think so" he purred and placed a kiss on my neck.

I rest my head against his shoulder and looked up at him again.

"If I'm not going to my bus then what am I doing Mr. Beckett"

William wrinkled his nose "Don't call me that"

"Why not?"

"It makes me feel old" he chuckled.

"You're turning 24" I pointed out causing him to glare playfully.

"I don't point out your age to you"

"That's because it is rude to tell or ask how old a woman is" I smirked back crossing my arms.

"Is that so?"

I nodded

"Well you are soon to be 22" he smirked.

"I'm not one year from being 1/4 of the way to 100" I shot back.

His playful glare returned as he looked me over, I could see the wheels in his mind turning. What was he up to now?

"You should be nicer to me Sophie" he said softly.

"And why is that?"

"Because I know what drives you crazy" he smirked.

"Bring it"

A second later William's lips were on my neck, slowly pressing soft kisses down towards my collar bone. I tried to step away from him, smiling but he caught me around the waist and pressed his lips to mine again. I kissed back without hesitation, wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Someone is going to walk on the bus and see us" I mumbled.

William shrugged and pressed his lips to mine against pulling me towards the couch.

"Who cares" he muttered between kisses.

I found myself laying on the couch a few moments later, William hovering over me, his lips refusing to detach themselves from mine.

I heard the bus door and opened my eyes as William's lips left mine. Pete was standing in the door way of the bus starring at us shocked. It took him a few moments before he pointed at us.

"I am telling everyone you two are making-out on the couch!" he yelled childishly, before running back off the bus.

I couldn't help but laugh a little while William frowned.

"What?" I asked looking up at him.

He shook his head "nothing" but i could tell there was something on his mind. I just knew better than to push at it.

William laid down next to me on the couch and wrapped his arms around my waist and looked into my eyes.

I smiled at him "What?"

"If I fall asleep do you promise to be right here when I wake up?" he asked softly.

"Promise" I answered and began playing with his hair as he closed his eyes and snuggled against me. I looked down at his face, his head resting on my shoulder, a small amount of his brown hair had fallen over his face. I couldn't help but smile knowing I was falling for this boy, hard and fast.
