Home of a Juvenile Delinquent

Being caught trying to burn down the school, Dawn's father forces her out of the house and into the back of a police car. While diliberately trying to escape, she ends her self up in a boot camp where she meets a gang of what she believes are psychos who really have a very dark secret.
