Tom Kaulitz meets a mysterious boy who has lived in a tree his whole life. The boy is secluded from the world and never had any parents. He is loud and sometimes obnoxious. He hasn't got much money, but yet he knows how to survive. Most people think he's mentally deranged. He acts like a little child, wears makeup, and doesn't believe in growing up. The boy is basically shunned from society. The boy doesn't even have a name.
Tom grows close to the boy for reasons he doesn't understand. Little does he know that this boy is actually his twin brother, who was thought to have died at birth.
The effect they both have on each other will change their lives forever.
