The Wild Ride

I went cold as i felt someone tap my shoulder from behind, i jumped out of my skin, causing me to drop the two CD's i was holding.. and almost falling onto the shelf full of CD's. I prepared myself to shout at Daisy, she knows i hate it when people creep up on me.
"What the f-..." i cut off, as i realised it wasn't my best friend who was stood behind me. My heart started racing, faster, faster as if it was going to spill out onto the shop floor below. I found myself for the first time in my life, completely speechless.

It was a male figure now standing in front of me, he had gorgeous short black hair and stood at about 5'8'' in height. His heart melting emerald eyes locked onto mine, he was dressed in black skinny jeans, a black 'Vengeance University' t-shirt and a pair of black converse shoes.

A surprised look overcame my face, was i actually seeing what i thought i was seeing, is all this real? I pinched myself just to check i wasn't dreaming, and then he spoke...

"Hey, i ughh.. sorry for making you jump like that, i didn't expect that kind of reaction. I couldn't help but notice you looking at the Avenged Sevenfold CD's..." his voice sent a shiver down my spine, making every hair on my body stick up.

I smiled at him sweetly, of course i knew who this man was, he's the one person i've always dreamt about meeting, he was my idol, and i adored him. His name was Zacky, also known as Zacky Vengeance. He played rhythm guitar in Avenged Sevenfold, which i was hoping he wouldn't explain to me, because i already knew a hell of a lot about him.

I eventually found my voice and started to speak... "Oh My Johnny Christ.." is all i could think of saying, i was still in alot shock.
"Haha, actually i'll have you find i'm Zacky, Johnny's over there" he pointed to a table in the other corner of the shop. I laughed at what he had just said and then i looked over untill my eyes made out Johnny Christ, then M. Shadows, then The Rev, and then... Synyster Gates!
The lump in my throat was making it hard for me to talk, but i had to say something to the guy, he was my idol! but what do you say to someone you are madly in love with?

"Woah dude, i'm called Adrienne, or Adie.. and i fucking adore you!" i said, okay so my feelings had run a little wild, a little too early on.
"Nice to meet you Adie, and you adore me? i can see from your t-shirt" he looked down and read the lettering on my tee.
"I Love Zacky Vengeance, aww seriously your one cool chick, and possibly the only chick i've seen with a tee like that" he smiled sweetly, i was transfixed on the beauty of his glistening emerald green eyes.
"You look cold" he said, looking at the hairs standing up on end on my arm. I didn't actually know whether that was from Zacky actually talking to me, or from being soaked to the skin. Either way, i didn't care.
He handed me a jacket he had tied around his waist.. i mean he actually gave me his jacket!
"Here have this" he said as he stood behind me and helped me get my hands through the correct situated holes. I was amazed at how kind he was being, already it felt like he was a friend, not just a famous rock star that i've always dreamt about, but have never met.. untill today that is.

I started to loosen up a little bit around him, if he's so nice to me, then i guess i can be normal around him. He put his hands on my shoulders and lead me over to the corner of the shop where the rest of the band were standing. My heart started racing again like a galloping horse, i was amazed there was actually no fans around.

"Dude, why aren't there any fans around, apart from me?" i asked very confused.
"We're doing a signing later, so all the fans have to queue behind barriers a couple of shops down the high-street, you came into the shop a different way, and i asked security if you could stay, just before i startled you half to death" he said, now chuckling to himself.
I laughed too, thinking back to a couple of moments ago where i had almost shouted "What The Fuck" in my idols face. Close call... very close call.

As we got to where the band were chilling out, Zacky stood next to me and put his arm round me.
"Matt, Jimmy, Johnny, Brian.. meet Adie... Adie meet Brian, Johnny, Jimmy & Matt" i listened and yet again flashed a sweet smile at each member of the band, even though i knew exactly who they were.
"I love your music, your all so talented" I said still smiling.
"Well, we just try our best and to know that you like it, is awesome!" Matt said, patting me on the shoulder.
"Well, i wouldn't say i liked it as such, that's too much of an understatement, it's more along the lines of i fucking adore it!" i said laughing. I could hear Zacky laughing beside me, which made me fall in love with him all over again.
"So how come i'm the lucky girl who gets all the attention from you guys?!" i asked, smiling at Brian.
"Because by the looks of your t-shirt, your a pretty damn cool chick.." he replied, winking.
"And Zacky has taken a shine to you too" Jimmy chuckled whilst nudging Zacky.
I could see a sea of red flush over Zacky's face.. "Ughh, yeah so.. would you like a drink?" he asked me, though i could see no bottles or cans anywhere.
"No i'm fine, but thanks for offering" i said back politely.
"Well i'm just err- gunna go out the back and sort out some stuff.." he said whilst scratching the back of his head, still quite embarrassed from what Jimmy had just said.

As he walked away Matt came over to me and nudged me in the side.
"Ya know, i've never seen Zacky become so loved up on someone so quickly, you only met him like 5 minutes ago, and he was eyeing you up the whole time you were looking at those CD's" he laughed, put his aviators on and walked out the back.

I didn't know what to think, i mean as if Zacky Vengeance would have the hots for me, thats just bizarre! Like he scared me half to death 10 minutes ago, and now he's already so loved up on me. He only knows my name, and i mean its ZACKY VENGEANCE. But hey, what do i care, its Zacky Vengeance and i'm stupidly in love with the guy!
