Jane is a not so average teenager.
She is a perfect daughter and a student and with her looks and her skills she is never the one to blend in.
All her life she bowed to the will of her father, a nice, kind and ambitious man. It doesn't surprise anyone that she doesen't say a word of disagreement when her father sends her to a boarding school in Greenville.
To worsen the situation, something unusual has started happening to her. So unusual, infact, that it takes her to the verge of madness.
What happens when vampires become a part of her life and when war becomes her destiny?
What happens when a person which seems to have no emotions suddenly becomes a person which emotions rule it's life?
And what happens when a person who can't even cry to save her life and the life of the ones she loves... sheds a tear?
